1.When will I receive my items?
As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders placed before 12.00 on weekdays and where the ordered items are in stock are always shipped on the same day. Orders placed on other days (weekends, public holidays and other closing days) are shipped on the following working day.

2. The product is out of stock, what do I do?
We carry stock of virtually our entire product range. Unfortunately, some items may be temporarily out of stock due to high demand, campaigns or season. There are always other alternatives to explore, so feel free to contact our customer service if you want help finding the right alternative.

3. Where can I view outlet items?
All outlet items can be found in the ‘Outlet’ category. Please note that the content is constantly updated and that we cannot guarantee that all colours and sizes will be available in all styles.

4. What size should I choose?
We’ve compiled a sizing guide to make sure you receive the right size from the start. The sizing guide is based on standard measurement methods and minor deviations in sizes may occur. All dimensions are in centimetres. The ID^® sizing guide is effective, provided you wash and dry the garment according to the instructions.

5. Can I get a logo or design printed onto ID^® products?
Just about all of the corporate clothing we produce is subsequently imprinted or embroidered. ID® Service is our post-processing department for corporate wear. Read more about our available offers for transfers, badges, chips, barcodes or other decoration applied with heat here.

6. Is it possible to get custom designed corporate wear?
